Today on the Family Kitchen: Carnitas


I’m in love. With pork tacos.
And I have a little taco truck in Hoboken to thank for it.
In the September issue of Glamour (yes, Glamour!) there’s the most amazing food story devoted to the taco truck Mexican cuisine of chef Roberto Santibanez. I made his super simple version of carnitas for Tim’s birthday party and they were truly amazing.
