Maine: The Salads

So back to Maine…not that I’m dwelling on my vacation (yes I am) but there was so much good food enjoyed during our stay that I don’t want to neglect a single morsel.
Particularly the salads. I really do love a summer salad made with corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, new potatoes, and lettuces from the farm. And I happened to be on vacation with two other salad freaks
