I know I’ve been veering off the food track into more decorating territory, but that’s only because lately most of my cooking has been less than blog-worthy; more about testing the same thing over and over and over for the cookbook. Like a lime and chili sauce for a salmon and soba noodles recipe (which my family refuses to let me put fish sauce in…thoughts?) and an army of baked chicken breasts. But I figure that as long as I remain underneath the “lifestyle” umbrella, you won’t mind. And in all honestly it helps to get away from groceries, stoves and measuring once in awhile or I will go mad.
So, the other day I took a very inspiring, non-food related, field trip to Purl Soho
