Bean Eater

Is there anything better to have on the stove during the winter months than a bubbling pot of beans? I have to admit, I’m sort of new to the wonder of beans. I’d pass the bags of dried navy, kidney, garbanzo, and black beans in the supermarket aisle and think, “maybe I should make beans, wouldn’t that be nice?” and then keep walking.
