I took this photo last week while I was happily at home, spending the holiday with my kiddos and doing lots of cooking. Now that I’m back at the grind (I mean the job that I love!), I thought I’d post it as a happy reminder of lazier days spent making soup, staring out the window above the sink, and listening to some tunes while I figured out what to so with that cauliflower (roast it with some olive oil, cumin, sea salt, and chopped preserved lemon). Sigh.
